Here I am, home for Thanksgiving with my family, and it is pretty great. I am looking forward to pigging out once dinner is ready. Yesss.
It's been a pretty boring Thanksgiving break though. After we finished our project on Monday I came straight home, and since then have pretty much spent all my time avoiding the cold and playing Rock Band. Nothing real special.
But today is the most boring. I've basically been on the computer all day waiting for food. I'm hoping my friends are free tonight and that we are capable of finding something at least marginally interesting to do. Oh well, at least I don't have school to worry about and I am definitely thankful for that.
I'm thankful for lots of things really. My overall good health. My family members. My friends. My grandpa's doing well and it looks like he will pull through this cancer scare. School is going as well as can be expected. I will have all my class credits for my undergraduate degree done by May, and it will just be a matter of doing my internship if it hasn't been completed by then. And I *might* have a date thing this weekend? Don't jinx it, please.
All in all, I can't complain. But I will, anyway. It's kind of my thing.
I wish there were more to say but, not really. Monday I'll be back to the grindstone for just three more weeks before my last care free Christmas Vacation ever. I'm thankful for it coming, but not for it being my last ever. Blah.
Later!
